Q. Where should I go vote?

A. Your Voter Information Card shows the precinct, polling place, and voting districts for your address. If you don't have your Voter Information Card, you can find your polling site by using the Precinct Finder. On Election Day, you must vote in the precinct in which you live. Please make sure that we have your current address so that your name will appear on the correct poll register. Early Voting sites, along with the times and dates of operation, can be found HERE.

If your polling location changes, you will receive a new Voter Information Card through the mail.

If you have moved and/or can't find your Voter Information Card, you should contact our office at (904) 269-6350 for instructions.

Q. Do I need anything with me when I vote?

A. Yes. Florida law requires you to have a photo and signature identification. This can be on one document or two separate ones. Acceptable forms of identification are:

  • Florida Driver's License
  • Florida Identification Card issued by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles
  • U.S. Passport
  • Debit or Credit Card
  • Military ID
  • Student ID
  • Veteran Health ID
  • Concealed Weapon License
  • Government Employee ID
  • Retirement Center ID
  • Neighborhood Association ID
  • Public Assistance ID

If you do not have a photo ID, you must vote a provisional ballot. However, you will not have to provide further evidence of eligibility. If your signature on the provisional ballot certificate matches the signature on your Voter Registration Application, your provisional ballot will count, provided you were in the proper precinct.
